We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome Business Support team in Scotland where you’ll provide brilliant support to our Housing Managers and Maintenance Surveyors. This is a hybrid position, with the requirement to work some days in the Glasgow office, and other days at home, dependent on the needs of the business.
Typical day as an Administrator
Providing a proactive administrative service to the team. To ensure that team time is managed effectively. To ensure that calendars are managed effectively and to maximum efficiency and to ensure calls are dealt with (including forwarding where appropriate). Managing meetings including producing agendas, booking travel/venues/accommodation and ensuring relevant information is provided prior to the meeting in a timely manner. Minute taking at team meetings and other meetings such as disciplinary or grievance hearings Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better? You have
Previous administration experience The ability to multitask and prioritise workload Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages Due to limits on our current certificates of sponsorship, we are not able to offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role. This remains under regular review.

You’ll be working within our fabulous team who are super passionate about providing brilliant customer service. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’. We are currently rebuilding our small team due to extra positions being created, and to replace colleagues who are moving to pastures new. Our manager is Donna, who has been with the organisation for nine years, loves walking, socialising and travelling, and a glass of wine or three at the weekend. Although we are geographically spread out, we work very closely together, and support the entire Business Support workload for Scotland
Job details
Work pattern Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm Although you’ll lone work, we do get together regularly [in the daytime] for training and team meetings. This is a hybrid role and you’ll spend 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home Able to use technology, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and our bespoke systems which you will get full training on.
