Performance & Attribution Analyst – Fiduciary Management & Portfolio SolutionsDynamic, sophisticated and fast growing asset manager with multinational fiduciary and structured solutions offerings, is looking to hire an experienced analyst.Our client, who are currently overseeing almost $45 billion in sophisticated asset mandates and now stand at the cusp of dramatic expansion, are seeking a performance and attribution analyst to join their growing London office. This person would have a wide ranging role across advisory and client reporting and be expected to take part in tactical asset allocation discussions and on-boarding new clients.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all aspects of the Investment Advisory process to maintain consistency between strategy, tactical recommendations, implementation and reportingWorking with outsourced provider to produce regular client reporting and ad hoc/bespoke client requestsWork closely with the fiduciary management and implementation teams on manager research, strategic and tactical implementation as it relates to reportingWorking with internal portfolio managers, custodians and middle/back office to ensure a seamless and effective client servicePlay a key role in on-boarding new clients, understanding their requirements and developing processes and reports to meet theseRegular travel to New York HQExpected to be from £35,000 to £55000, at the more experienced end, + benefits + substantial bonus potentialDesired Skill and ExperienceLikely to have 1 to 5 years’ experience in an investment focused role within an asset manager, custodian or investment consultancy. Experience of performance analytics desirable at the less experienced end and essential for more senior candidates.Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. SQL, VBA or Python) a bonus. Numerate degree from a leading university required; CFA or FIA track a plus and fully supported.This is a varied and challenging role in a fast-paced environment offering greater exposure to a full range of asset classes than would be expected at this level in larger organisations.
