We partner with clients on a retained basis to deliver exceptional talent and drive meaningful change to premier organisations, whether well-established global brands, or high-growth market disruptors.The Role: Conducting in-depth research to identify potential talent against mandates across a range of industries and geographies.Writing detailed candidate assessments, client presentations and market reports.Using our internal database to keep record of search progress.Working with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree graded 2:1 or above.Strong research, analytical and interpersonal skills.Passionate about people and relationship building.A positive and collaborative approach to work.Previous experience in an executive search, recruitment or research-driven environment is additive.Why Jackson Lombard?
