AV Desktop Support Engineer - London!Role Summary:A global leading technology company in Central London is currently seeking an experienced immediate AV Desktop Support Engineer to join their team. They ideally want someone started ASAP, so people on short notice or immediate are preferred.About the Company: A strategic partner for digital transformation, with over 30 years of experience and a global presence, they work with some of the leading enterprises worldwide.The company is a global multi-award-winning Managed Service Provider, this role will be working onsite with one of their London clients.Extensive training & certification schemes, will be accessible to you upon starting the role.Responsibilities: Providing onsite support for audio-visual equipment, focusing on Crestron and Cisco technologies. Installing, configuring, and optimizing Crestron and Cisco AV systems to meet client requirements. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues promptly. Conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of AV equipment. Performing desktop support tasks, including troubleshooting and configuring Office 365 and the Microsoft Suite. Maintaining accurate documentation of AV systems, configurations, and support activities. Requirements: Previous experience in desktop support, preferably in an AV environment utilizing Crestron and Cisco technologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting Crestron and Cisco audio-visual equipment and software. Strong technical skills in Crestron and Cisco AV system installation, configuration, and maintenance. Experience in desktop support tasks, particularly with Office 365 and the Microsoft Stack. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant Industry-Level certifications (e.g., Crestron, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
