As an Auditor/Lift Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:Conducting surveys of lifts in the portfolio twice a year, ensuring regular intervals are maintained.Carrying out comprehensive surveys that cover maintenance quality, emergency autodial unit function, lift performance, customer concerns, insurance items, health and safety liabilities, and performance and reliability upgrades.Updating clients on any obsolete parts and advising on equipment that is coming to the end of its life.Completing standard template reports on-site.Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate cost issuance to clients.Liaising with the maintenance team to highlight maintenance and insurance defects.Requirements & Skills:To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:Lift qualification NVQ or equivalent (ERO202).Knowledge of various lift equipment, both old and new.Familiarity with health and safety regulations.Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.A team player with great communication skills.
