You will secure targeted new orcompetition business and to manage new customers through a transition to field/ telephone-based account management You will deliver new sales generation from new and competitor supplied customers ornon-account managed customers within the Onsites & Bulk Business portfolioin order to meet business targets on sales and margin by focusing on Bulk,Cryospeed, SOS (Small On-Site) and Engineering sales development Also, you will effectively collaborate with wider BOC sales teams in order to ensure the rightperson is on the right opportunity at the right time (creating value,delivering solutions to maximise the opportunity for BOC and thecustomer) You will support and focus on relevantcampaigns and work with Sales Enablement Additionally, you will ensure marketintelligence is gathered and fed through the wider organisation You will develop, build and maintaincontacts at all levels within the prospect customers You will ensure maintenance of accuratecustomer records is mandatory using (dashboards, activities,account plans / opportunity records) You will develop a wide internalnetwork of contacts across departments and functions in order to assist withthe service delivery once prospect becomes a BOC customer Furthermore, you will pass leads to otherBusiness development personnel – as appropriate as per guidelines through internal andexternal networking, self-generate leads to supplement targeted leads generatedelsewhere You will deliver against salestargets in support of the Regional Sales Incentive Scheme by focussing on salespipeline development & delivery Fully adopt the Linde Prosales process, and ensure use of correct systems and tools Salesforce,PC3, IMP etc You will ensure adherence to bestcommercial practices pricing policy contract arrangements and competitiveintelligence And finally, you will develop relationships with OEMs within geographicalzone ( CryoAction, Thames Cryogenic, AS Scientific, Quantum) What makes you great
You have the abilityto develop strong working relationships both internally and externally with customers Also, you have strongcommunication skills both oral and written (including presentation skills) You have professionalSales & Negotiation Skills (Able to adopt a Consultative selling approach,utilising considered sales process) You have abilityto understand and consider both local BOC strategy, and competition activity Furthermore, you have an understandingof the detailed product, competitor and customer knowledge required for success,(including technical concepts, and ability to work alongside internal technical personnel) And finally, SAP knowledge, skills and Microsoft skills are required for this role Why you will love working with us
