Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Nottingham
Pay rate/Salary: Up to £40,000 for the right candidate. OTE of up to £15k
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri (9am- 5pm approx.)
Type: Permanent – Hybrid Role
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
Role Description
My client is a market leading sale and hire company of an extensive range of power tools. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located on site.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development and sales in power tools and fixings (5-8 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship building and networking abilities .
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
• Already having a client base would be highly advantageous.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
•Driving License Essential (3 points max on licence).
