com Requirements Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the end-to-end transformation change projects and standards, ensuring good governance and control are adhered to Prioritising the change portfolio as directed Defining and managing programme scopes, plans, and risks Undertaking analysis of customer needs to identify system and application developments and enhancements Collaborating with external software suppliers to ensure value for money Being aware of transformation project costs through effective financial and budgetary controls Co-ordinating all change activity on behalf of the Senior Management Team to deliver the agreed priorities, by working in close alignment with stakeholders Collaborating with all stakeholders to provide constant communication and buy-in from the business The Successful Candidate: Have PRINCE2 / Programme Management or equivalent qualifications Experience leading on Transformation projects Governance and stakeholder management experience.
