One of our leading PLC clients is looking for a Business Programme & Change Manager to lead all related business change management activities to support a tech-driven TOM change agenda.Role: Business Change & Adoption ManagerSalary: £60k - £70k depending on experienceLocation: 2 days a week in a Midlands officeHiring Manager describes the role as:We are seeking a Business Change & Adoption Manager who responsible for ensuring all new capabilities and benefits delivered by projects, from identification through to realisation, are succesfully embedded into the business through change management best practice.We are currently undergoing a significant company-wide target operating model change, that will be predominantly tech-driven.As the Business Change Manager, you will be a critical part of a high performing team, responsible for all Business Change Management activities alongside ensuring services are fit for purpose when transitioning to BAU. We are also looking for someone who can drive best practice across the change and IT function.Responsibilities:Developing and implementing end-to-end business engagement, change management and communication lifecycles across a range of projects.Implementing a best practice benefits & change management framework, identifying the actions needed to optimise the business impact of individual and combined benefitsContinuous/Process improvement - Creating new and innovative approaches to performing business change management activitiesPlan and manage business situation analysis, establishing the investigative approach framework to define recommendations for improvementsLead the defining, evaluating and describing of business change options for financial, technical and business feasibility, ensuring they align to the businesses strategic vision Key requirements:In-depth experience leading and driving end-to-end change management lifecycles across a portfolio of projectsProficiency in change management methodologies with a hands-on understanding of project management methodologies – agile and waterfall, IT quality assurance, risk management, and transition to support approachesIndustry recognised relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe etcExperience in leading or working in cross-functional teams and managing complex change initiativesStrong Stakeholder management skills, able to engage and train stakeholders at all levels of the businessThis is a permanent opportunity, with 2 days a week travel required to a Midlands location.If you feel you match the above requirements, then please apply with your updated CV.
