ABOUT THE ROLE Key Responsibilities and duties : Chartered Building Surveyor Understand and deliver key project outputs to ensure client satisfaction. Support the preparation of building information, safety cases, audit and compliance trackers, and logs using appropriate software. Work towards completing a relevant professional qualification with dedicated support. Assist in delivering building safety case works, including report completion. Work closely with a small team, reporting directly to the Team Leader/Delivery Director. Engage in projects across Bristol (valid UK driving license required). Develop a career path within the built environment, acquiring skills consistent with the role of a Chartered Building Surveyor. REQUIREMENTS Skills, Knowledge, Understanding, and Learning: Liaise closely with clients, residents, contractors, developers, Clerk of Works, and other stakeholders. Develop an understanding of the Building Safety Act’s requirements and work collaboratively with internal and external project team members. Gain experience in diagnostic and building pathology, reporting on residential, education, and healthcare buildings.
