Being accountable for all food stocks on site Maintain all equipment in the kitchen to company standard reporting when it requires maintenance Leading by example when serving food to our guests, ensuring that standards and service spec are always followed for a great guest experience Following and implementing the health and safety and food safety policies Setting your team up for success, delegate and follow up with your chefs consistently and often, coaching and giving feedback Company Culture

Requirements
