Children's Deputy Home Manager - Essex - Up to £42K
Here at Hampton's Resourcing we are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and committed children's residential care provider who are on the lookout for an experienced Deputy Manager to assist in the running of their 4 bed SEMH children's home based in Tilbury, Essex. This role provides the perfect opportunity to work for an organisation that has the needs of the young people at the heart of the care they give.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in relation to the Children's Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards
- Ensure that the standards expected in the delivery of care are upheld and the standing of the Company is maintained
- Ensure that all administrative requirements of the home are maintained in such a way that they are complaint with good child care practice, home procedures, company policies and children regulations
- Responsibility for organising staff rotas as advised by the Registered Manager
Skills and Experiences:
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent
- Experience in a Team Leader Deputy Manager role in a children's residential care setting
- Able to engage appropriately with young people and develop rapport
- Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and associated complex needs
