If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you!
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Meet our service user
Our Service user is an 8-year-old boy who lives at home with his family in Towcester and requires support throughout the night with his complex and clinical care needs.
He shows a big interest in animals, loves to spend quality time with his mum, and enjoys his time socialising with his friends at school.
Throughout the night he usually has a settled night, you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will ensure his comfort, providing a peaceful environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Essential Experience Required
3 Months Care Experience Personal Care Moving and handling Medication Administration Desirable Experience required
PEG feeding Tracheostomy care experience Oxygen Administration Suctioning Shifts Available
Part Time Nights- 2 shifts per week 10:00pm – 7:00am Alternate weekends are needed for this position Take a look at our pay rates
Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £126.00 per 9-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £130.50 per 9-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £135.00 per 9-hour shift)
