Client Relationship Manager – Salary from £ 35.000 to £ 40.000
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Distribution environment, developing your skills as a Client Relationship Manager.
The Client Relationship Management team’s objective is to develop deep client and adviser relationships in order to protect and grow the client portfolio, whilst helping Aviva to achieve its Pan UK objectives by promoting business referrals to other parts of the Aviva Group. As Client Relationship Manager (CRM), you will be aligned to a panel of WS&R scheme clients, working in a tripartite relationship to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.
This is a home or office-based role where the CRM proactively engages with a panel comprising of Aviva’s corporate clients, Trustees, and their professional advisers. Location is fully flexible, however you will be required to travel to attend internal and external meetings.
A bit about the job:
In this role, you will develop and manage effective relationships with clients (and their professional advisers) at a various levels, up to and including senior board level whilst building and executing strategies to retain and grow profitability from Aviva’s existing portfolio of corporate pension schemes. You'll be required to support the acquisition of new business and strategic deals by providing the necessary Relationship Management expertise and act as an advocate for Aviva’s thought leadership initiatives and promote cross-team collaboration. In addition, you will be supporting new business with acquisition, pitches and site visits and take a lead on retention and growth campaigns, delivering high stake meetings and presentations.

Demonstrate analytical skills to identify business opportunities and maximise cross-sell potential for other areas of the Aviva Group Agility to engage/influence a broad spectrum of people within virtually any client situation and be relied upon to deliver a strong performance that achieves results Demonstrate strong networking skills and relationship skills Possess excellent presentational, written and verbal communication skills Experience working within the corporate pension area

Starting salary from £ 35.000 to £ 40.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
