Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Concierge Officer to join our Protective Services Team.
You will be responsible for maintaining a secure and hospitable atmosphere within the hospital premises. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive experience for all individuals entering the facility while implementing measures to safeguard their well-being.
You will maintain a low-key yet effective presence, prioritizing the discreet assurance of safety for patients, visitors, and caregivers.

What will your duties include?
Serve as a welcoming and informative presence for all individuals entering the hospital.
Offer guidance and assistance to patients, visitors, and caregivers, contributing to a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Provide directions and information to any individuals within the facility.
Help individuals with special needs or those requiring additional support.
Address all inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, employing tact and diplomacy.
Offer information on amenities, services, and nearby travel facilities.
Uphold a standard of service excellence, ensuring a 5-star experience for all who enter our hospital.
Anticipate and fulfil the needs of patients and visitors with attentiveness and care.
Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in public areas.
Build positive relationships with patients and visitors, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Handle feedback with professionalism, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
In challenging times or circumstances, provide calm and reassuring assistance to visitors and patients.
Collaborate with hospital teams to address issues while maintaining a focus on service excellence.
Conduct discreet observations to identify and address any emerging safety concerns.
Report any maintenance issues promptly to enhance the overall visitor experience.
Employ low-key surveillance techniques to monitor and assess the safety of patients, visitors, and hospital property.

What we need from you?
SIA Door Supervisor
First Aid Certified
ACT Awareness CT training
5 GCSEs passes or Equivalent to include English and Maths
Previous experience in roles emphasizing discreet safety and risk management is essential.
Familiar with working within a structured team and reporting and escalation protocols
Direct hands on experience working with visitors is essential in this role
