Customer Service Administrator - Greenock We are recruiting for a friendly Customer Service Administrator who is a team player to work within a small team of administrators for a growing trade counter business based in Greenock. Experience of working as an administrator with excellent customer service is essential. Experience of working within a trade business, building, electrical, Gas, plumbing etc trade counter style business would be an advantage. The role will be working as a back office administrator supporting the trade counter staff and suppliers. Your duties will include Speaking with suppliers regarding pricing changes Updating stock listing Managing the Internet sales orders Producing reports based on orders, sales stock control for the Directors. Using a bespoke software system, so previous experience of CRM’s would be an advantage. Building relationships with the branches across Scotland to assist with stock related queries. You will have excellent IT skills and be friendly. The Salary is £25,000 to £26,000 Negotiable The benefits are 20 days holiday plus bank holiday 8% Company pension scheme Free parking
