Who are we looking for and why work at Natural Power?
Natural Power is looking to build our offshore environment team further by recruiting a Environmental Consultant. You will be part of the wider Offshore Consenting and Environment team working on projects primarily in the UK and Ireland, whilst giving support to projects elsewhere in Europe. The ideal person for this role will have an understanding of offshore birds or marine ecology and a knowledge of the impacts of offshore wind farms. The work will include impact assessments, development of compensation methods, writing and review of survey reports, and input into marine licences. There will be the opportunity to work on a range of disciplines such as birds, marine ecology, and marine mammals.
You will work in a team with other ornithologists, as well as environmental consultants working on offshore wind projects based in our offices in the UK, Ireland and France.
