The role offers an experienced Business Partner to work closely with the business to deliver value whilst driving financial performance!

Key Skills required for the role include:
The ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
Previous experience in a business partnering
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with 2 year PQE. Will consider newly qualified/finalist with relevant work experience.
Experience creating models and analysing large volumes of data in excel or Power BIKey roles responsibilities:
Work with key bsiness operators to construct budgets
Deliver detailed budgets and reforecasts throughout the year
Utilise performance trends to devlelop month P&L
Assist FP&A with 5 year plan
Improve KPI standards
Create monthly Board packs
Ensure Capex requests are backed with strong business cases
Provide commentary against budget and forecast
