Randstad Education is looking for an experienced and proactive SEMH teaching assistant who is enthusiastic for development and available on a full-time basis for a secondary school in S12.
As an SEMH teaching assistant your role will include working 1:1 with students, group work supporting social, emotional and academic education for students and to work collaboratively with the class teacher. The school has achieved a Good Ofsted result and values equality, respect and determination within its students and staff.

Working 1:1 with students to support learning. Group work delivering social, emotional and academic education. Assist the teacher with classroom preparation and activities. Maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Help students remain focused and inspired towards the lesson plan and activities.
