I am recruitingfor a fantastic leisure job in Essex for a leading leisure operatorin the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incrediblyexciting growing Leisure Management business. I am looking for adynamic and innovative General Manager who is commercially astute.This is a leisure job not to be missed.
In thisrole you will work closely with the teams across the contractwhilst maintaining effective and strong relationships with all keystakeholders. This is an opportunity to manage a multifaceteddiverse facility. You will have previous experience in a similarrole or maybe looking to move from a single site operation to Multiprovision management.
As a General Manager youwill have overall responsibility of running the entire business.You will manage the HODs and ensure that your team are alwaysmotivated and driven to provide excellent customer service.Providing great service is a key focus of this role and as theGeneral Manager you will be leading this from the front. Werelooking for an individual with the experience of managing a largeteam and driving the commercials with particular focus on fitnessand swim school growth.

What do we need fromyou
A minimum of 2 yearssuccessful club management experience working within either theprivate or leisure management sectors
Proven andsuccessful track record of management experience within a leisurerelated industry ideally with fitness and swimexperience
You will be highly motivated and havethe experience of leading managing and developing a largeteam
You will be highly organised results drivenpossess the ability to drive individuals to maximise theirpotential to ensure all financial goals and targets are met inrelation to contract objectives.
