Graduate Behaviour Coach – Role Information:
Graduate Behaviour Coach Located in Nottingham (NG6) Monday to Friday – Based in one secondary academy academy Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm Paid £430 per week during term time only FREE access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding Working alongside pastoral department and individually Providing tailored 1:1 & small group support for children with SEMH needs Creating a warm and supportive learning environment
Graduate Behaviour Coach – Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree Strong academic background Prior experience tutoring, teaching or working with children Good organisation and communication skills Resilient and patient individual Ability to build genuine rapport with young people Passionate about the chance to support children with SEMH needs
