Graduate Pastoral Mentor – Grantham – Secondary – Full Time – Immediate Start
i-teachers are currently working with a brilliant secondary academy based in the Grantham area who are eager to find a knowledgeable, dedicated and supportive Graduate Pastoral Mentor to provide vital intervention support for their KS3 & KS4 students with SEMH needs for the remainder of the academic year in a full-time Monday to Friday role.
In this role as a Graduate Pastoral Mentor, the successful candidate will be required to help plan and conduct vital 1:1 & small group support for children struggling with behavioural & mental health difficulties both inside and out of the classroom.

Graduate Pastoral Mentor – Role Information:
Graduate Pastoral Mentor Located in Grantham (NG32) Monday to Friday role – Usual school working hours Based in one secondary academy Paid £430 per week during term time only FREE access to online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group SEMH support sessions Working with children across KS3 & KS4 department
Graduate Pastoral Mentor – Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree Strong academic background Prior experience working with young people or children Naturally outgoing and supportive personality Good organisation and communication skills Passionate about the development of children
