Leading a small team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site. There is a seasonal changing menu featuring small plates, pizzas and street food menus that suit a wet -led venue. You will be able to create menus and add dishes within the concept so room for creativity.This would suit a head chef or senior sous chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in menu writing and costing dishes.
