HR Business Partner | Immediate Start | 6 month Fixed Term Contract | Salary c£80,000 The HR function of Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join a leading trade retailer. This role will support the retail side of the business within the Greater London & South Region. The ideal candidate will come from either the retail or hospitality sector, with previous experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager. It is important that the suitable candidate has true business partnering experienceThe Role as HR Business Partner: Key responsibilities:Supporting the people agendaYou'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role.Address day to day HR issues as they arise Support and work with the leadership team to support changeProvide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent managementThe Candidate:Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferably retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR Business Partner, Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholdersRapport builder & natural coach CIPD credentials are an advantageExperience working across corporate / head office functionsAbility to work autonomously and make decisionsStrong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core valuesSolution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver The Package: In return the business offers a basic salary of up to £80,000 per annum plus company bonus and benefits.
