Do you enjoy truly generalist HR Business Partner roles that pick up everything from Recruitment to ER to partnering with the CFO, whilst delivering the wider people strategy? I am fortunate enough to be working exclusively with a large business based in Derbyshire to source a HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. This role will be aligned to corporate functions business units and partnering key senior stakeholders such as the CFO. You will be working with an area of the business going through huge amounts of change and helping people navigate and accept said changes by coaching and challenging where needs be. This role will also be looking after recruitment for your business area, working with stakeholders to scope job roles and running direct campaigns or partnering with agencies to deliver on niche recruitment needs.
