Role: Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor – London – Salary up to £50,000 - £60,000 + Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus (up to 10%)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior/intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to really progress their career. You will join one of the largest commercial teams in the UK, so there will be no shortage of support, progression and training to mould into a leading M&E Quantity Surveyor in the next 5 years. Straight away you will sink your teeth into one of the London's flagship new commercial towers totalling £45m MEP.
Role/Responsibilities:
* As an intermediate M&E QS you will be a key member of the team, providing support to the Project Surveyor
* You will assist in the overall financial management of the project and will gain experience across all areas of surveying practices, including procurement of sub contract packages, cost reporting, measuring of drawings and production of variation breakdowns, and final account negotiations.
The ideal candidate:
* Ideally you will have a degree in building services or mechanical or electrical engineering.
* A reasonable level of computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel would be a requirement
* You will need to have a willingness to learn, strong personal skills and a good work ethic
