If you’re a hands on IT Recruitment Manager, Team Leader, Team Manager or a Principal Consultant looking for a step up – this one could be for you. We’re working with a client who are growing rapidly, and by the end of 2024 will have 4 offices in Cheshunt, London Liverpool Street, Miami and Dubai. They specialise in senior hires here, placing candidates in both the UK and the US in £100k+ roles. So having experience with senior hires would be beneficial for this one. You’ll have 360 recruitment experience, bringing in your own clients and servicing them in the IT sector, a solid billing record and demonstrable experience of training and developing recruiters to a high standard. You’ll need to have experience with basic HR processes, like performance management etc. and also managing people, as they’ll be 2 people reporting into you here. This is an active billing role too, so you’ll be expected to lead by example by billing heavily and making sure your team are too. If you like to travel then this role could be perfect for you as you’ll be taken to Las Vegas once a year and have the opportunity to visit Dubai too. With opportunities rising in the future to join the offices in Dubai and Miami too. From a financial perspective, you’ll receive a base salary of up to £50,000, and work from the Cheshunt office, so being within a commutable distance of the office is important for this one. The commission scheme is very lucrative and could easily see you doubling your base salary, as well as a great bonus scheme which could see you earning an additional £35k too.
