Pro MGA Solutions Ltd (‘Pro.MS’) currently have an exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Junior Account Manager to join their growing team.
Established in 2016, Pro.MS provides a bespoke and/or packaged solution to stakeholders in the Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) sector and in particular Managing General Agents (MGA). Utilising the various offices within the Pro network, we are able to deliver multi-territory solutions, supporting local underwriting teams supported by regional and centralised delivery centres across multiple time zones. The service also provides Risk Capital the support required to manage their DUA portfolios as well as a local trading platform offering their products to local distribution partners.
Notwithstanding the regulatory responsibilities, Pro.MS works in partnership with its clients to support their business and assist in achieving its objectives.
Pro operates a hybrid working policy and this role will be working predominantly from home with 2 days a week in the London office and other locations as required.
The Role
The Junior Account Manager role will support the existing account and compliance management oversight of each client, in order to ensure that clients remain compliant and help devise and embed the appropriate controls that drive professional behaviour, through practical and achievable good business practices.
The postholder will have close communications with all stakeholders, to ensure a good understanding of the business, its operations and activities. The position will work alongside Account and Compliance Manager(s) to develop relationships with clients and to attain understanding of regulatory and compliance matters in the delegated authority arena. The role is also supported by specialist regulatory and colleagues and external partners. The successful Junior Account Manager will be expected to work with the Executive Team in order to support a wide range of responsibilities associated with day-to-day operations.

Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience within a Delegated Underwriting Authority environment
- Working knowledge of the London and International (Insurance) Marketplace
- Demonstrable communication skills
- Analytical skills able to execute strategic plans
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to work within and promote a collegiate culture.
- Working knowledge of regulatory environment and the ability to assess impact on Pro.MS business operations
