Consortia seeks a Lead Product Marketing Manager to join an innovative financial technology leader. In this role, you'll shape the evolution of their delivery and products, driving their growth trajectory and market dominance.
About the Role:
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive the market success of a suite of financial solutions, including multi-currency payroll, supplier payment solutions, and e-wallet services, catering to a global customer base. Your strategic initiatives will include:
Crafting compelling campaigns to boost user engagement and feature adoption. Empowering sales teams with practical tools and resources. Ensuring customer and market insights remain central to product strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns, from ideation to performance analysis. Directly engage with customers to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and satisfaction with existing solutions. Develop transparent, concise messaging that effectively communicates our client's products' value proposition and unique advantages. Equip the sales team with the tools, resources, and training to drive effective product sales. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least two years in product marketing. Prior exposure to financial services, fintech, or banking products is essential. Previous experience in B2B product marketing is highly desirable. Experience with UX Writing is also desirable. How to Apply:
