Headlines: 4 day week, fully remote, direct access to the owners, no threshold – 20% comms
We are working with a fantastic legal recruitment consultancy, who have a brand new office based in Preston. You will have direct access to the owners of the company, who provide great training and ongoing development. One of the great perks with this role is you will work a 4 day week which can be whatever day you choose (although let’s be realistic – it is going to be a Friday).
If you have a legal recruitment background, there is scope for this to be a fully remote role. If not it will be a hybrid role from the offices in Preston 2 or 3 days a week. You will be a key part in the expansion plans as they look to steadily grow in 2024, so it is a really exciting time to get in with them.
You will have been a 360 recruiter for more than 2 years, with a strong background in winning great new clients and finding great people to fill those roles. You will have access to LinkedIn recruiter as well as all the job boards, so you are set up as well as possible to find great candidates.
You will be well adept at identifying new business opportunities and be used to having a blended approach to winning new business, be it through LI, email campaigns or cold calling. You will be more than capable of managing your own workload, from maintaining great relationships with clients to negotiating fees and managing the whole process.
From a financial perspective, as a base you will be looking at £25,000 – £30,000 DOE, with up to 20% comms and no threshold, as well as loads of other benefits.
We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so if you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Josh Withers on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest. We encourage anyone who feels they are suitable, to apply, we love seeing diversity in our applicants. We use specialist technology to ensure there are no gender biases in our adverts.
Every applicant will receive a response. We sometimes make mistakes and miss things from CVs, so you will be given an opportunity to receive feedback and discuss the role in more detail if you feel necessary.
