Title: Management AccountantSalary: £70,000 - £75,000 + benefitsOne of the most well known property companies in the UK, responsible for some of the largest regeneration projects in London is looking to bring onboard a Management Accountant.The business is well backed by institutional investors who have a strong appetite for continued growth of the portfolio over the next few years. With over £5bn AUM the business focuses on developing and operating residential, commercial and mixed use properties across London - with placemaking at the heart of what they do.The Management Accountant would take full ownership of partnering with asset management across the business's operational portfolio, providing analysis on deviations from budget. You would also be responsible for leading the month end reporting process in conjunction with a team of management accountants.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the revenue and operating costs across the portfolio providing analysis to building managers when requiredBusiness partnering to provide insightful analysis to aid decision makingComplete month end tasks including full P+L and balance sheet for entities under managementAssist in the annual Budget process and quarterly re-forecasting; focus on property cost management and reportingReview exiting process and identify areas for improvement and efficiencyKey RequirementsQualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with at least 1-3 years post qualified experienceExperience working within a fast moving sector / multi site portfolio (Real Estate, Retail, FMCG, etc)Strong academic attainment. 2.1 from a credible university and strong a-level performanceA team player and the ability to communicate well with non-financial stakeholders
