This position is a 22 Hour role and includes night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
The main duties of the role will include supporting clients to meet their support needs (including personal care and assisting to leisure activities) You will also need to liaise with other professionals, take part in care planning and implementation, and provide all aspects of care and medication administration.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
You will provide high quality nursing care and specialist nursing intervention to 7 clients with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and varying degrees of complex health needs and challenging behaviours. The successful applicant must be RNLD, RGN, RMN qualified.
