The person
Previous office management experience Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability Experience of managing service providers Comfortable with travel between sites Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

The role
Overseeing upkeep and maintenance of buildings and equipment (e.g. resolutions with landlords for and service companies) Managing services and service providers, (e.g. Cleaning, catering, security, parking) Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (e.g new starters, security and access, changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested PA support to CEO/Directors Organising visits, visitor and travel plans Co-ordinating corporate and company events Creating efficient buying for both sites Taking inventory and ordering of office supplies
