This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation, and to progress your Oracle knowledge and career.About the role:Reporting to the CEO, this role will manage our Oracle E-Business Suite resources and consultants, ensuring that we are providing the best level of functional and technical Oracle support to our customer base.As an Oracle SME, you will be tasked with ensuring that our Oracle support continues to be delivered efficiently, effectively, and professionally.This is a flexible role in terms of location and can be fully remote, based part-time or full-time in our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire, or in our offices in Hyderabad, India, or Dubai.Responsibilities:Being Support Revolution’s lead Oracle E-Business Suite SME, operating as the day-to-day management point for Oracle related activitiesLeading on the delivery of technical and functional solutions to Support Revolution’s customer base, in a timely and hands-on mannerLeading, guiding and supervising the successful delivery of a range of Oracle projectsWorking collaboratively with the wider delivery team to ensure that KPIs and SLAs are continuously monitored and achievedManagement of a team of Oracle E-Business Suite consultants, including regular 121s, monthly, quarterly, and yearly appraisalsEnsuring that the wider team is led, coached, and developedContributing to wider pre-sales activity, and supporting the sales team on the sales process when neededEnsuring continuous compliance with internal policies and governanceEnsuring that processes around the Oracle function are continuously improvedWhat we’re looking for:Being an Oracle SME is essential for this role, as is at least 15 years' experience of managing and delivering Oracle E-Business Suite projects and support contracts. Experience in leading and developing a team is needed to succeed, as is an appreciation for working in a high-growth environment.
