At BakerHicks, we design in the virtual environment across all disciplines and sectors, helping to deliver efficiencies, reducing capital and life cycle costs, and making sure our solutions are right for clients and their stakeholders.
Our BIM teams collaborate in 3D-6D, integrating design models with programme and cost information as well as embedding asset data for future maintenance and control.
For us, BIM isn’t software.
These are all tools to make the design process more structured, collaborative and transparent, allowing clients to experience their buildings well before construction begins.
We’re able to bring our projects to life, allowing clients to quickly visualise, understand and experience their completed design.
BIM allows us to share complex information in new ways and make the best decisions about aspects such as the sustainable design and lifecycle of a facility.
And, our Immersive Technology capability means we can now create images and animations of exceptional quality and complexity, with virtual and augmented reality experiences which bring our designs to life.
