Collaboratively write RFC’s / blueprints that establish our go-forward patterns, architecture, or that otherwise create a picture of where we want to go
Seek out weaknesses, identify (potential) security problems and risks, prototype solutions, approach every day with a self-starter attitude and a focus on resolving problems while not getting bogged down in a changing landscape
Understand and promote a DevSecOps culture, and proactively contribute to our ecosystem of tools regardless of “who owns what”
Be an active contributor to our internal systems/codebases as well as internal and relevant external open source projects
Deeply care about technology, your craft and about the success of your teammates and the company. Have strong intrinsic motivators to help drive self-improvement and mentor less senior team members
