Property Projects Lead | Rail Experience Essential | Permanent | Hybrid | £70k-£80k | Manchester-Leeds-YorkWe are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients to find them a real master of delivery to step into a Property Projects Lead role in the rail industry. This role has huge potential, taking on Programme Manager responsibilities to drive the Station Improvements programme. They described this as a pivotal position, with the potential of progression being huge for the candidate who can drive successful delivery.The ideal candidate will have previous experience within rail infrastructure and, specifically, within station upgrades and improvements. They need someone with outstanding stakeholder management skills, as they will be representing the client in third party investor and local government/council meetings.Responsibilities:Management of the Property Projects team, with a mix of permanent staff and contractorsRegular liaising with external stakeholders; council members, third party investors etcManaging the portfolio, ensuring deadlines and budgets are being metWorking across organisational boundaries, leading comms and being a go-to POC within the companyWhat you will bring;Enthusiasm, proactivity, go-getter attitude and a strong willingness to make decisionsRail industry experience essential, station upgrades highly desiredOutstanding comms and stakeholder management skills Educated to a degree levelExcellent project management experienceLogistics:£70k - £80k pa. + benefitsHybrid - Management role means multiple days per week in the officeOffices based in Manchester, Leeds & YorkOccasional visits to other sites, rail card provided
