(e.g. Customer relationships, GAP analysis, Requirements Definition, and Internal and External Design, Development and deployment of the solution, Risk/Issue management and financial Controls on the project).Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:Ownership of an allocated project with full responsibility for delivering to the parameters outlined in the Project Definition / Statement of WorkResponsible for controlled escalations to senior management both internally and externally when appropriateAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects effectivelyResponsible for planning and resourcing the project including building and leading a team of resources with the right capabilities to meet the project deliverablesTo lead day-to-day operations including delivering to SLAs, acceptance criteria and end-to-end quality targetsProviding guidance and assistance to team members according to established policy and procedures in meeting objectives.Responsible for defining the project P&L including joint formal sign-offResponsible for management & and reporting of the project status including Timeline, Risks, Issues and Finances Responsible for leading and developing the team by setting objectives, agreeing project priorities, timescales and allocation of workEnsuring the project is delivered to the agreed quality standards in order to minimise rework cost and achieve defined project timescales.Management of the Client in terms of expectations, agreed scope, timescales, project costs, project invoicing, project resource managementManagement of project risks, issues and change requests the project life cycleManaging the support handover functionManagement of Relationships & resources with other internal departments such as Product Development, Accounts, Sales and Support / InfrastructureEssential Skills/Qualifications:Experience of delivering Insurance software projectsInsurance software domain knowledge – preferably Lloyds and Company marketExperience of client relationship managementExperience of P&L generation and managementExperience of leading and delivering complex, high-value projects within time, financial and qualitative parametersProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsLeadership of multiple, multi-disciplined teams delivering technical solutions across a variety of platformsA highly developed understanding of project implementation and system integration techniquesExperience of multiple implementation methodologies, specific knowledge/experience of AGILE and tools like JIRA / ConfluenceExperience of detailed project planning techniques and tools (Microsoft Project) Desirable Skills/Qualifications:Seen by clients and prospects as having a “can do” delivery focusExperience of project implementation in more than one regional market is desirableExpert level in project governance and adaptation of project management methodologiesFormal qualification/accreditation in PMI methodologies or PRINCE 2DXC Technology is committed to the development of a fully inclusive workforce.
