Position: Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £65,000 (dependent on experience)
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the team, working autonomously while supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and take on a leadership role on the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the commercial aspects of the project independently Assist with cost planning, estimating, and budget management Conduct feasibility studies and financial assessments Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing Prepare tender and contract documents Manage procurement processes Monitor project costs and variations Prepare progress reports and maintain financial records Provide support to the Senior Quantity Surveyor as required Requirements:
Previous experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices Proven ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines Excellent numerical and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field This client values professional growth and development.
