Role: Property Acquisition ManagerSalary: £50,000-£65,000Location: Remote (but to look after the Midlands/Northern Region)Start Date: ASAPThe RoleAs a Property Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing prime property opportunities for EV developments, ensuring a steady pipeline of projects to meet their ambitious expansion plans.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential property acquisitions that align with our development strategies and objectives.Site Identification: Source and assess all types of commercial properties and development land, considering factors such as location, zoning, planning permissions, site demand, traffic count and demographics.Negotiations: Lead negotiations with property owners, agents, and stakeholders to secure favourable terms and conditions for the company.Qualifications (MANDATORY)Proven experience as a Property Acquisition Manager (1-5 years) or a similar role within the real estate or property development sector.Knowledge of the UK property market, planning regulations, and property acquisition processes.Strong business acumen and the ability to assess the viability of a site for both freehold and leasehold opportunities.Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of successful deal closures.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities.Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, or a related field, with MRICS accreditation preferredIf this is of interest, please get in touch on gwhalley@vallumassociates.com / 02045241075
