A fantastic secondary school based in the Lincoln area is eager to find a passionate, resilient and naturally engaging recent graduate for a unique Pupil Engagement Mentor role where the successful candidate will be supporting the child inside and out of the classroom through tailored 1:1 support as they prepare for their GCSE exams this coming summer.
In this role as a Pupil Engagement Mentor, you will be working directly with a student struggling with behavioural issues and in need of a consistent foundation of all-round support as they prepare for their GCSE exams in the summer.

Pupil Engagement Mentor – Role Information:
Full academic year – Beginning ASAP! Located in Lincoln (LN1) Monday to Friday position – Usual school working hours Paid £430 per week during term time only Access to multiple online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & more! Planning and conducting 1:1 & small group academic support Working with Year 11 student in and out of class environment Tailoring support sessions around needs of student
Pupil Engagement Mentor – Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree Strong academic background Prior experience working with young children Naturally outgoing and supportive individual Good organisation & communication skills Passionate about the progression of young people
