What will you be doing?
This position will be part of the Retail team, and as a key member of the team you will support in managing and developing the partnership with the Retailer as well as collaborating with internal Strategic Supplier Account Managers, in order to create value for Circana and the Retailer supply chain. The Retail Analyst must be comfortable in a range of situations from; fully owning the day to day operational procedures, in depth understanding of the Retailer processes and ways of working and influencing key stakeholders and managing internal projects to bring increased value or benefit.
Job Responsibilities
Drive partnership relationship with the Retailer Ownership of day to day running of the account Support Retail Account Manager to deliver Retailer JBP Engage cross-functionally with a variety of teams, internally and with Retailer Deliver a high level of excellence in customer service to Retailer partners and internal contacts Requirements
Minimum of year’s experience at a Retailer in a Supply Chain role and ideally also experience of working within a Supplier Supply Chain function Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong working relationships, work on own initiative and be flexible to travel Strong communication proficiency and be able to clearly articulate via written communication, in meetings and when delivering presentations Competent in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel or other data analysis software is a must Circana Behaviors
