This role requires you to have lived in the UK for the last 5 years and obtain . Clearance must be obtained without any caveats that prevent you from carrying out the role you have been recruited for. Obtaining SC security clearance can be a lengthy process, and we reserve the right to withdraw any conditional offer made if the necessary security clearance isn�t obtained within 12 months.
Job description
We are currently recruiting for an Information Support Administrator to join our team. You will provide accurate and timely administrative support to a wide variety of end-users, receiving and actioning requests, checking against best-practice and relevant policies and procedures to meet agreed Service Level Agreement�s.
At the SDA, we champion flexible ways of working. Regular in-person attendance is required to promote the benefits of face-to-face collaboration alongside flexibility of hours to support work-life balance. Initially, you may be expected to attend more frequently to familiarise yourselves with the site, the team, and your role.

Action service desk requests, asset management, account services, basic information workspace administration.Collaborate, encourage knowledge sharing and communicate effectively with stakeholders and use KIM techniques to derive maximum value for the business from information and knowledge.Acquire, create and manage knowledge, records and information throughout its lifecycle to support the business effectively.Grow own knowledge and increase your stakeholder network.Be an active part of the Knowledge and Information Management community, attend meetings and participate in working groups.Person specification
