Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of each child. Support students with daily activities and learning tasks. Assist in maintaining a consistent educational approach for learners. Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN or in a care setting supporting children - desirable. Genuine passion for working with children and a dedication to their well-being and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and resilience in managing challenging situations. Proactive and adaptable approach to meeting diverse learning needs.
