The team has placed partners and senior lawyers into a network of ‘best-in-class’ law firms spanning the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.The Senior Research Associate OpportunityThe role includes:Taking the lead on large research tasks predominantly for the Lateral Partner search team including mapping complex international legal markets, and relevant firms, and identifying individual partners that fit the client’s brief ready for approachCritical Research: conducting deep dives into the legal markets and relevant practice areas where the firm’s clients wish to grow their existing capabilitiesProviding the Lateral Partner search team and International Legal division with market intelligence gathering on projects that can differ in complexity, topics and output requirementsGlobal Ownership: driving the firm’s legal intelligence agenda and helping to build out the internal market intelligence capabilities and organisational setup like processes, communications, knowledge management and trainingContent Creation: Gathering sources from a global context, analysing them, and producing engaging, fun, and interesting content for our client base including blog posts, website content and LinkedIn postsData Synthesis & Reporting: Closely monitoring legal market trends, salary data, and performance data to produce market data reports for the firm’s global client list. Effectively presenting key research findings to other team membersSpecific RequirementsYou will have a background within legal research and data insights, possibly from a law firm or gained within the field of human resources, and recruitment.
