About The Role:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business. Taking ownership as a full-cycle recruiter, you will effectively and creatively source talent while prioritizing candidate experience. This includes managing HR interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Foster strong relationships with internal and external interfaces. Utilize various methods, such as social media platforms and networking events, to recruit and network with potential candidates. Actively contribute to building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization. Maintain a consistent pipeline of great, relevant candidates. Conduct behavioural interviews and analyze data with a continuous improvement mindset. Initiate and oversee recruitment and HR projects. Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience. Experience in recruiting for Sales positions with demonstrated success in a rapidly growing environment. Familiarity with the fast-paced and evolving nature of a tech startup. Fluent English proficiency is required. Strong sourcing experience and proficiency with social media tools are essential. Proficient in using recruiting tools to source passive talent. Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Understanding of contractual employment.
