Work alongside other SEN professionalsAs a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for the below:
Supporting SEN students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
Encouraging and promoting student engagement in learning activities
Contributing to support plans and strategies to meet the needs of each student
Collaborating with staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies
Monitoring and recording student progress and achievements

To join us and be successful in this role you will ideally need :
Previous experience working with children with SEN
An Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
