Good attention to detail is essential as the role requires a high degree of precision.The role offers the right candidate the opportunity to make an impact on the future growth and development of the Company – as we grow, you grow.Job responsibilities:Provision of BREEAM consultancy and assessments, predominantly for mixed-use and non-residential developments, including site visitsActive engagement with the client and project team to ensure that sustainability requirements are taken into consideration and achieved throughout the duration of the developmentDelivery of high-quality consultancy and written reports at all development stagesUtilisation of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, professional advice and assessmentsActing as Project Lead, responsible for the financial and project management of a range of sustainability services Essential qualifications, skills and experience:Licensed BREEAM assessorTeam player and ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and organisational skillsExperience of Local Authority policies, their application and the planning processGood construction knowledgeDesirable qualifications, skills and experience:Qualified BREEAM Advisory Professional (AP)Demonstration of delivery against specific criteria e.g. climate change adaptation, LCA etc.Experience of using IES TapAwareness of construction procurement routes and application to RIBA StagesLicensed BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment (BDR) and/or Home Quality Mark (HQM) assessor, or experience of these assessment types
