This is a new, permanent senior HR generalist job, based in the Greater Belfast/Newtownabbey area Reporting to the Talent & Organisational Development Manager, the successful Talent Business Partner will play a key role in managing various aspects of the HR function, including resourcing, onboarding, HRIS management, employee relations etcThe Talent Business Partner will enjoy working as part of a busy, professional team, delivering a world class HR services based on well established and effective policies, procedures and initiatives. The RoleReport to the Talent & Organisational Development Manager and work closely with the wider Talent Team and ManagersSupport the full recruitment process within budgetOversee all starter and leaver processes, compliance etcAgency management and negotiating best termsLead onboarding inductions for new startsEnsure all employees receive a great employee experience throughout their employment with the companyProvide advice on all aspects of HR processes and policiesMonitor, review and update HR policies and documentationSupport the performance management cycle, including probations and performance improvement plansAdvise on leave, maternity, paternity, flexible working etcLead and support managers through disciplinary and grievance processesLead sickness and time and attendance queries and issuesSupport the Talent Team with engagement initiatives and culture events The Person3rd level qualificationCIPD qualifiedMinimum of 3-4 years senior HR generalist experience in a similar role, essentialExperience working within a busy, fast paced, production or engineering led environmentGood working knowledge and practical application of NI employment legislationProven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workload.Excellent interpersonal skillsTrack record of identifying and successfully implementing process changesAbility to work with, and influence colleaguesAbility to travel to other sites in NI.
