The organisation has recently hired a new CHRO, whom we know well, and we are delighted to support them as they search for an innovative and business-focused VP Total Rewards. The ideal location for this role is West London.
The Role
The VP Total Rewards will report to the CHRO and be responsible for designing an innovative organisational Total Rewards strategy across multiple businesses and nationalities. This role will need to establish a standardised approach in a fast-paced, decentralised company that integrates other small and large businesses, building a more well-understood and communicated Total Rewards philosophy. The VP of Total Rewards will sit on the HR leadership team and manage a team of approximately five people.
The Individual
The ideal candidate for this role has experience as a Rewards leader or as a number two in a large business, with supervisory experience and a deep knowledge of Total Rewards. They should be located near London or willing to relocate to the area. International experience is essential, preferably in heavy industry, FMCG, manufacturing, or technically oriented environments. They should have progressed through various rewards areas of expertise in their career. Most importantly, the individual should be able to influence and manage stakeholders across a complex and ever-changing growth business. Experience in redefining business and rewards strategies will be an advantage, as well as a passion for change management. Multi-regional experience and exposure will be viewed positively.
